  • Yes! We’re open from 12pm Wednesday to Sunday and from 4pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    You can also hire out our venue for filming, photoshoots and other forms of dry hire during the week. Get in touch to book a date.

  • We certainly do live here all the time! However, we’re a fully licensed restaurant and bar and do not allow BYOB. If you arrive inebriated or are caught drinking while you wait to get in you may be turned away from the door. The Manager always has the final say!

  • Absolutely not! We’re an inclusive bunch and all are welcome to join us for our amazing house parties and dinner parties. 

  • We are over 23s, but we only accept smaller groups of up to 25 year olds.

  • We’re legally obliged to check all IDs after 10pm so please ensure you bring a valid passport, driving license or government issued ID.

  • We have a DJ playing every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9:30pm - close in The Basement Studio. We play an eclectic house party mix across the board, focusing on nostalgic, recognisable tracks so there’s something for everyone.

  • We do accept walk-ins and you don’t have to book. However, we do recommend booking a table on weekends when we’re busier.

  • The venue is split into three separate rooms over two floors.

    The open plan living room and kitchen is our main communal space and functions as a bar and restaurant throughout the week. This informal room is perfect to enjoy our bar food menu & cocktails.

    The Basement Studio is our largest space, where we have house parties with our DJ Wednesdays through Saturdays! It’s perfect for late night boogying and having a good time!

    The Vault is our smaller hidden private room. A homage to Andy Warhol’s Factory, it has space for up to 12 seated and has aluminium covered walls and plush sofas.

    There’s also our beautiful courtyard outside, which seats up to 24 guests.

  • We’re a flat of course so it’s an informal layout with sofas and armchairs designed especially to feel exactly like being round at someone’s house! 

    Please note you may be sat at either low or high seating or at the bar upon arrival. 

  • Please email aurelie@thelittlescarletdoor.co.uk to arrange picking up any lost property. Please note we can never be held responsible for any items lost on site so keep an eye on your possessions when you visit us!

  • Our kitchen closes at 10pm all week.

  • Last entry is an hour before closing. This would be midnight on Wednesdays and Thursdays and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.

    Please note a charge of £10 per person on the door will apply for all guest-list and walk-ins arriving after 10pm on Friday and Saturday. If you have reserved a table, area or private room your party will not be charged.

  • A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and drinks bills.

  • You can hire the living room and kitchen, this light and airy space is perfect for summer parties! Please note, since the open plan living room and kitchen is the main thoroughfare of the venue we can't guarantee compete 100% exclusivity, however, other bookings will be lead to their tables through your party.

  • Due to the informal, homely layout of the flat, you may be sat at low or high seating when you book with us for food and/or drinks.

  • We do not host any hen or stag parties at our venues.

  • We do not offer formal sit down dinner parties.

  • Of course and we do not charge a ‘cakeage’ fee either! Please note we can't serve cakes after 9.30 pm. Don't forget to save us a slice ;)

  • Dogs are welcome in the flat when there’s not a house party in full swing! You’re welcome to bring your pooch on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays or til 8pm Wednesday to Saturday.

  • We support individuality and style, but we don’t support a lack of effort. Scruffy attire and sports attire a defo no-no (including sports jerseys, & hoodies)

  • Our ground floor living room and kitchen is accessible by wheelchair and we have a disabled toilet. Unfortunately our basement studio downstairs has no wheelchair access.
